Support your body and stabilise your pelvis and back through pregnancy with this Physio led class. Safe for any stage of pregnancy! Please bring small hand weights (1kg - 2kg is ideal) a small Pilates ball or rolled towel and small loop band!
A 30 minute class with strength, stability and speed as its focus. Incorporates intense periods of cardio work and weights with short Pilates recovery segments. Great for fitness and weight loss. You will need some weights - ideally light and heavy pair.
A fun uplifting 35min strengthen, sculpt and stretch class for all bodies,
I will offer modifications for pre/postnatal bodies.
Please bring just your small hand and/or leg weights... start your Saturday the right way!
